A T a meeting of creditors of the above-named company held at the Drill Hall, Feilding, on Monday, the 4th day of December, 1937, it was resolved:-

" That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

" That Mr. C. V. Day, A.P.A.N.Z., of Palmerston North, be appointed as liquidator of the company."

Notice of Reduction of Capital.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order was made by the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Wellington, on the 20th day of December, 1937, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above company from £500,000 to £88,272, and approving the following minute to be registered at the office of the Registrar of Companies at Wellington :-

" The capital of Abraham and Williams, Limited, is henceforth £88,272 divided into 176,344 ordinary shares of lOs. each. At the date of registration of this minute the sum of 10s. is deemed to be paid up on each share. The reduction of the capital of the company to £88,272 has been effected by cancelling the 13,596 unissued preference shares of £5 each and the 27,556 unissued ordinary shares of £5 each, and by issuing to the holders of all the 16,404 issued preference shares of £5 each, and the 42,444 issued ordinary shares of £5 each, three ordinary shares of 10s. each and £3 10s. of perpetual debenture stock of the company for each £5 ordinary or preference share held by such shareholders."
