Shops and Offices Act, 1921-22.-Fixing the Closing-hours of Grocers' Shops within the Borough of Rotorua.
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 23 and 59 of the Counties Act, 1920, and of every other power enabling it in this behalf, the Inangahua County Council hereby resolves this 23rd day of September, 1937, by way of special order as follows :-
WHEREAS a requisition in writing, signed by a majority l. "That the Reefton and the Crusthington Ridings of the of the occupiers of all the grocers' shops within the County of Inangahua be amalgamated and form Borough of Rotorua, has been forwarded to me, desiring one riding to be known as the Reefton Riding, and that all such shops within the said borough be closed in the that the boundaries of the said riding be those evening of working-days as follows :- described in the Schedule hereto.
