Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Fire-brigade
Station in the City of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a
fire-brigade station, and shall vest in the Auckland Metropolitan
Fire Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the twenty-fourth day of December, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 36·65 perches.
Being part Allotments 36 and 37, Section 29, Town of
Auckland.
Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (City
of Auckland), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29155.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
96978, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
December, 1937.

Adding an Outer Area to the Hutt Valley Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon
me by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and amendments, and of every other power in anyway enabling me in that
behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare
that from the date hereof the area described in the Schedule
hereto shall be an Outer Area of the Hutt Valley Electric-
power District.

SCHEDULE.
All that area of reclaimed land situated in the Wellington
Land District, containing approximately 92 acres, as shown
on plan P.W.D. 97430, and edged blue thereon, the said
plan being deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
December, 1937.

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the additional land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a
post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2·13 perches.
Being part Section 178, Town of Wanganui.
Situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District (City of
Wanganui). (S.O. 3265.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96342,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of
August, 1937.
