NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the Public Service Act, 1912, and its amendments, and regulations made thereunder, an election will be held during May, 1937, at Wellington, for the purpose of electing members of the Public Service Board of Appeal.
Nominations, to be made on forms obtainable from the Secretary, Public Service Commissioners, must reach the Returning Officer, Public Service Commissioners' Office, Wellington, not later than noon on Saturday, the 3rd day of April, 1937.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserves will be offered for lease by public auction at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, at 2.30 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, 10th March, 1937, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—EDUCATION RESERVES.
Whangarei County.—Mangapai Parish.
ALLOTMENT 32: Area, 29 acres 1 rood. Upset yearly rent, 15s.
Weighted with £16 17s. 6d. (payable in cash) for improvements, comprising 45 chains of fencing.
Situated at Mangapai, on the old Waiapu-Mangapai Road. Access is from Oakleigh Railway-station which is about four miles distant; of this about two miles and a half is metalled, the balance being a formed clay road. The section comprises undulating country and is covered with thick tea-tree and gorse. Soil is clay resting on clay formation; watered by soakage only. Altitude is from sea-level to 200 ft. above sea-level.
