A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road in Motueka Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of December, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of departmental buildings; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 17·1 perches. Being portion of Lot 18 of Section 1, Block XIVA, Taumarunui Native Township.
Situated in Block I, Piopiotee Survey District (Borough of Taumarunui), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29044.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96631, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of December, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a Native school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the Borough of Mount Eden, described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 39 perches.
Being Lot 7, D.P. 18136, and being part Allotment 95, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland.
Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District (Borough of Mount Eden), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29165.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96984, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of November, 1937.
