Notice of Intention to take Land in Block XIII, Oxford Survey District, for the Purposes of a State Highway Depot.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a State Highway Depot—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Sheffield, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 1 rood.
Being Lot 49, D.P.*371, and being part of Rural Section 4707.
Situated in Block XIII, Oxford Survey District.
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97842, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a Native school—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Te Ahuahu and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Being portion of Pirikotaha No. 3 Block.

Revoking Portion of a Warrant excluding Streets from Limitation as to Speed imposed by the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, 1936, Section 3.
IN terms of section 3 of the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, 1936, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Minister of Transport does hereby revoke that portion of the Warrant which is dated the 8th day of October, 1937, and published in Gazette No. 70 of the 14th day of October, 1937, at page 2341, and which excludes portion of the Waihi-Tauranga Main Highway No. 15 in Tauranga Borough from the limitation as to speed imposed by the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, section 3.

Classification of Roads in Waipawa County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, the Minister of Transport does hereby revoke that portion of the Warrant classifying roads in the Waipawa County dated the 31st day of October, 1928, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 82 of the 1st day of November, 1928, and does hereby revoke also the Warrant classifying roads in the Waipawa County dated the 22nd day of July, 1931, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 56 of the 30th day of July, 1931, and does hereby declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and situated in the Waipawa County, shall belong to the respective classes of roads shown in the said Schedule.
