SCHEDULE.

THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, known as Scotland Street, fronting part Section 598 (N.R.), City of Nelson. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97528, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Wales Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 24th day of November, 1937.

Present :

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :—

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-western side of portion of Wales Street abutting on Allotment 11, Township of Bishops court, being also part of Section 5, Block III, Upper Kaikorai District ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Wales Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97490, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Shetland Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of December, 1937.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolutions passed by the Dunedin City Council on the thirtieth day of August and the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, respectively, viz. :—

(1) “ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-western side of portion of Shetland Street abutting on parts of Lots 51 and 53, Township of Anderson ” ;

(2) “ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of portion of Shetland Street abutting on Lots 24, 26, 28, and part Lot 30, Township of Anderson, being part Section 104, Wakari Survey District ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western and north-eastern sides of the portions of Shetland Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE south-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Shetland Street, fronting parts Lots 51 and 53, Township of Anderson.

Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of the said street situated in the said land district and city, fronting Lots 24, 26, 28, and part Lot 30, Township of Anderson.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 97557 and P.W.D. 97487, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red and coloured red respectively.

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Forbes Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
