A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a re-entry by the TAIRAWHITI DISTRICT MAORI LAND BOARD as agent of the Native owners, the lessors under Memorandum of Lease 5864, affecting all that piece of land containing 100 acres, situated in Block XII, Mata Survey District, being Akuaku A 6A Block, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 86, fol. 70, Gisborne Registry, whereof WALDO SAMUEL THOMPSON, Accountant, and JOHN WOODFORD, Farmer, both of Waipiro Bay, are the registered lessees, I hereby give notice that unless sufficient cause is shown to the contrary it is my intention to register such re-entry as requested at the expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
