APPLICATION having been made to me to register a re-entry by the TAIRAWHITI DISTRICT MAORI LAND BOARD as agent of the Native owners, the lessors under Memorandum of Lease 5756, affecting all that piece of land containing 5 acres 1 rood 10 perches, situated in Block VII, Uawa Survey District, being Mangatuna 1c 5p Block, and being all the land in Provisional Register, Vol. 23, fol. 70, Gisborne Registry, whereof NEHE RIHARA SADLIER, Drover, and ALEXANDER JAMES MORRIS, Labourer, both of Tolaga Bay, are the registered lessees, I hereby give notice that unless sufficient cause is shown to the contrary it is my intention to register such re-entry as requested at the expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
