IN LIQUIDATION.
PURSUANT to section 232 of the Companies Act, 1933, notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the shareholders of the above association will be held in the Council Chambers, Paparoa, on Friday, the 26th November, 1937, at 10 a.m.
Business—To receive statement of liquidation accounts.

Creditors’ Voluntary Winding-up.
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed by the company on 30th October, 1937 :—
“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same.”
At a meeting of the creditors of the company held on 8th November, 1937, JAMES ALEXANDER GENTLES, of Auckland, Public Accountant, was appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
