In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, Section 222, and in the matter of the WHAKARONGA CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANY, LIMITED.

AT a general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the Whakarongo Hall, Whakarongo, on the 22nd day of October, 1937, the following resolution was duly passed as a special resolution, viz. :—

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily,”

and that the undersigned be appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.

ONEHUNGA BOROUGH COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

Waikaraka Cemetery and Recreation Reserve.—Additional Loan, 1937, of £7,000.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers invested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and its amendments, the Onehunga Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :—

“ That, for the purpose of providing interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £7,000 to be known as the Waikaraka Cemetery and Recreation Reserve Additional Loan, 1937, of £7,000, the Onehunga Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of ¼d. in the pound upon the rateable (unimproved) value of all rateable property in the Borough of Onehunga, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan which is for a period of fifteen years at a rate of interest of £3 10s. per centum per annum, and be payable yearly on the first day of September in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of fifteen years, or until the said loan is fully paid off.”

The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Onehunga Borough Council held on the 20th day of September, 1937.
