ESTATE OF JOHN FORREST ANDERSON.

In the Matter of the Administration Act, 1908, and its
amendments, and in the matter of the Estate of JOHN
FORREST ANDERSON, late of Gisborne, Farmer, but now
deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the
Dominion of New Zealand, on the 27th day of October,
1937, pursuant to the powers in that behalf conferred upon
him by section 62 of the above-mentioned Act, filed a
certificate in the Supreme Court at Wellington electing to
administer the above estate under Part IV of the said Act,
and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be
administered, realized, and distributed in accordance with
the law and practice of bankruptcy.

Notice is further given that I do hereby summon a meeting
of creditors of the above estate to be held at my office on
Wednesday, the 3rd day of November, 1937, at two o’clock
in the afternoon.

Notice is finally given that all creditors, whether they have
already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove
their debts within the time and in the manner provided by
the Bankruptcy Act, 1908. Proof-of-debt forms may be
procured at my office.

INGLEWOOD COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it
in that behalf by the Local Government Loans Board
Act, 1926, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto
enabling, the Inglewood County Council hereby resolves as
follows :—

“ That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of
interest and principal and other charges on the Inglewood
County Bedford Road Bridges Loan of £1,000 (Schedule A),
1937, for the purpose of meeting the cost of replacing bridges,
culverts, and road metal lost in the flood of February, 1935,
the said Inglewood County Council hereby makes and levies
a special rate of one-twenty-eighth (1/28d.) of a penny in
the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the
unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of
Inglewood, and that such special rate shall be an annually
recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be pay-
able yearly on the first day of August in each and every
year during the currency of such loan, being a period of fifteen
(15) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and In-
habitants of the County of Inglewood was hereunto affixed
at the office of and pursuant to a resolution of the Inglewood
County Council in the presence of—
