(No. 2); (g) doth hereby direct that the first meeting of the Board of the Southland Hospital District shall be held at the office of the Southland Hospital Board at Invercargill on the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, at the hour of ten thirty in the forenoon; and (h) doth hereby lastly direct that the regulations made by Order in Council dated the thirteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-first day of April then instant, at page 1096, shall as far as applicable apply as if incorporated in this Order in Council.

Vesting a Reserve in the Rangitikei County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of November, 1937.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a site for a roadman’s cottage: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei, in trust, as a site for a roadman’s cottage.

being an officer in the service of the Crown holding the office of District Public Trustee at Greymouth, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
