IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of the Clifton Domain, described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said domain, a sum not exceeding one hundred and ten pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Rotokare (Ngaiare) Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

CLIFTON DOMAIN.—TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 66 acres, more or less, being Section 71, Block VII, Waitara Survey District:

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROTOKARE (NGAIRE) DOMAIN.—TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 574 acres, more or less, being Section 1, Block XII, Ngaiare Survey District: Bounded generally towards the north by Sections 10 and 2, Block XII, Ngaiare Survey District, Rotokare Road, and Section 3, Block XII aforesaid, 10,998·6 links; towards the south-east by Tutaeariari No. 1 Block, Block XVI, Ngaiare Survey District, 7464·4 links; towards the south-west by Section 32, Block XV, Ngaiare Survey District, 8430·2 links; and generally towards the north-west by Sections 5 and 6, Block XI, Ngaiare Survey District, 8758·9 links; excluding therefrom the Rotokare Road intersecting the section: Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Mangonui County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.
