EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss or destruction of certificate of title, Vol. 31, folio 143 (Westland Registry), for all that parcel of land containing 14 acres 2 roods 8-9 perches being Lots 1–31, Block I, and Lots 3–16, 20, and 21, Block II, Lots 1–30, Block III, Lots 3–14, Block IV, as shown on D.P. 148 (Town of Dunollie), being part of Section 4, Square 124, Block III, Cobden Survey District, whereof MARGARET ARMSTRONG, wife of WILLIAM ARMSTRONG, of Dunollie, Miner, is the registered proprietress, and application having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
