Member of Plumbers Board appointed.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Plumbers Registration Act, 1912, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Edgar Ravenswood McKillop, M.Inst.C.E., Deputy Engineer of the Corporation of the City of Wellington, to be a member of the Plumbers Board of New Zealand under the aforesaid Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 9th day of September, 1937.

Notice of Intention to issue an Order in Council revoking the Reservation as a Site for a Public Hospital over a Reserve in the Town of Rangataua, Wellington Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 (hereinafter referred to as βthe said Actβ), it is provided that the Governor-General may, from time to time, by Order in Council, revoke the reservation over any public reserve or part thereof, and thereupon the land comprised therein shall, if vested in the Crown or in any local authority, or trustees deriving title from the Crown, become Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart as a site for a public hospital, but is not required for that purpose, and it is expedient to revoke the reservation over the said land:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby give notice, pursuant to subsection two of section seven of the said Act, that it is my intention to issue an Order in Council under the provisions of subsection one (b) of section seven of the said Act declaring that the reservation as a site for a public hospital over the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be cancelled.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 8, Block IX, Town of Rangataua, Block V, Karioi Survey District: Area, 4 acres 1 rood 10 perches, more or less. (S.O. plan 170/42.)

Appointing Additional Member to Waima Scenic and Historic Board.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by a Warrant dated the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of that month, the control of a certain reserve in the North Auckland Land District, known as the Waima Scenic and Historic Reserve, was vested in certain persons therein named, who were by the said Warrant constituted a special Board by the name of the Waima Scenic and Historic Board, in pursuance of section thirteen of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908:
And whereas it is considered desirable that the membership of the said Board should be increased:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section thirteen of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby appoint Adam Cassidy to be an additional member of the Waima Scenic and Historic Board hereinbefore referred to as from the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 28th day of September, 1937.

Members appointed to Waima Scenic and Historic Board.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section thirteen of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby appoint the said Henry Tawhai and Francis Oliver John Langton to be members of the Waima Scenic and Historic Board constituted by the Warrant dated the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, hereinbefore referred to, in place of the said Robert Boyd Russell and Hohepa Tawhai.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 28th day of September, 1937.
