ERRATUM.—In the Warrant published in the Gazette of 23rd September, 1937, at page 2213, authorizing certain officers in the service of the Crown to take and receive statutory declarations, for Cyril Robert Porter read Cyrill Robert Porter.
Land taken for the Purposes of Public Buildings of the General Government in Block XXXV, Clutha Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of public buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 38.05 perches. Being part Allotment 21, Township of Toshvale, and being part Section 10.
Situated in Block XXXV, Clutha Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 6001.)
In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97183, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of September, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Mabel Hundred described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :-
A. R. P. Being Portion of

SECOND SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :-

1 0 21 Sections 10 and 48; coloured green.
1 3 7 Sections 9, 48, and 49; coloured green.
All situated in Block IV, Mabel Hundred (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R676).
All in the Southland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95633, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of September, 1937.
