I, GRAYHAM CLAUD GEORGE HUNTER GULBRANSEN, of Woodville, Civil Servant, heretofore called and known by the name of GRAYHAM CLAUD GEORGE HUNTER GULDBRANDSEN hereby give public notice that by a deed-poll dated the 10th day of September, 1937 (a copy whereof is filed at the Supreme Court Office at Palmerston North), I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my said surname of “Guldbrandsen” and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of “Gulbransen” instead of the said name of “Guldbrandsen,” and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the name of Grayham Claud George Hunter Gulbransen exclusively.
