A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 1 rood 24 perches.
Being Lot 52, D.P. 47, and being part Section 1001, Town of Westport.
Situated in the Borough of Westport (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 210t.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96730, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of September, 1937.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a fire-brigade station, and shall vest in the Auckland Metropolitan Fire Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 31·73 perches.
Being Allotment 38 of Section 29, Town of Auckland.
Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.) (City of Auckland). (S.O. 29155.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96978, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of September, 1937.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 12·2 perches.
Being portion of road adjoining Railway Reserve (part Section 25).
Situated in Block I, Moeraki Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 145M.) In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95243, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
