Pursuant to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Korohe Development Scheme.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.-Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.
I, LEONARD GRAY TUCK, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that The Otago Tug-of-war Association, Incorporated, is no longer carrying on operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Details : The red beacon (Grant's) in the above position will be demolished and, on the 30th September, its position marked by a red conical buoy with the letters "G.B." in white.

Notice to Persons affected by Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from P. A. Smith for permission to move a petrol pump from 281 Victoria Street to his premises at l College Hill, Auckland.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 23rd September, 1937. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations.
