NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, that, unless sufficient cause to the contrary is shown within three months from the date hereof, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

DECLARATION OF RESULT OF ELECTION OF PRODUCERS’ REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE HAWKE’S BAY-WELLINGTON PROVINCIAL DISTRICTS.

I, ROBERT WILLIAMSON ATKINSON, Returning Officer for the purposes of the Fruit Control Act, 1924, and the regulations made thereunder, hereby declare the result of the poll taken on Tuesday, the 31st day of August, 1937, for the election of a producers’ representative on the New Zealand Fruit-export Control Board for the Provincial Districts of Hawke’s Bay and Wellington to be as follows:—
