ALL that area containing by admeasurement 7·2 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 1A, Town of Whakatane : Bounded towards the east generally by Commerce Street, 31·4 and 128·8 links; towards the south generally by Allotment 378, Waimana Parish, 54·6 links; and towards the north-west generally by Section 12, Block II, Whakatane Survey District; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 13/22A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Recreation Reserve in Taranaki Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1937.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Tututawa Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Tututawa Domain Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1937.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Ngongotaha Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Ngongotaha Domain Board.

Consenting to Additional Land being taken for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Block II, Turanganui Survey District, Cook County.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of August, 1937.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the additional land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of an aerodrome.

Consenting to the Establishment and Maintenance of an Aerodrome by the Gisborne Municipal Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1937.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority vested in him by the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act, 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Gisborne Municipal Council on the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at the north-eastern corner of Lot 5, D.P. 714, and of Matawhero No. 1A on the southern boundary of the Gisborne–Motuhora Railway; thence by straight lines distance 2986 links south-easterly to the south-eastern corner of said Matawhero No. 1A; thence by a straight line distance 100 links south-easterly across a public road to the northern corner of Lot 8, D.P. 1379; thence by straight lines distance 1528·4 links south-easterly to the south-eastern corner of said Lot 8; thence by a straight line distance 4845·4 links south-westerly to the south-western corner of Lot 5, D.P. 1379; thence by a straight line north-westerly distance 1476·8 links to the north-western corner of said Lot 5; thence by a straight line north-easterly distance 500 links along the southern boundary of a public road; thence by a straight line distance 100 links across the said public road to the southern corner of Lot 5, D.P. 714; thence by a straight line distance 3562 links to the north-western corner of said Lot 5; thence by straight lines distance 4829·5 links generally easterly to the north-eastern corner of said Lot 5, the point of commencement, being Matawhero No. 1A, Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, D.P. 1379, Lot 5, D.P. 714, and road to be closed, situated in Block II, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne Land District.
