A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Kaipara Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:

0 1 25 Land below M.H.W.M., Makarau River;

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95676, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of September, 1937.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation proclaiming Land as Road and Road closed in Block II, Tauhara Survey District, Taupo County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 32 of the thirteenth day of the following month, at page 1124, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Block II, Tauhara Survey District, Taupo County, in so far as it affects the area of 1 rood 16 perches mentioned in the First Schedule thereto.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of September, 1937.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 7 perches.
Being portion of Lot 109 of Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland.
Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.) (Borough of Mount Eden). (S.O. 29083.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96489, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
