THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block IV, Mararoa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 1 25 Lot 1 of Run 30la ; coloured blue.
2 1 39 Section 3 ; coloured red.

Situated in Block IV, Mararoa Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R 660.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 88852, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of September, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96470, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of September, 1937.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Block II, Turanganui Survey District, Cook County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gisborne, the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Cook, and the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikohu, jointly, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Being
67 1 22 Lot 5, D.P. 714, and being part Matawhero No. 1 Block.
72 0 28 Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, D.P. 1379, and being part Matawhero No. 1 Block.

Situated in Block II, Turanganui Survey District.

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96619, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of August, 1937.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Block XII, Thames Survey District, Thames County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the tenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 94 of the eighteenth day of the same month, at page 3096, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 5013, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block XII, Thames Survey District, Thames County, as affects the areas of 1 rood 34·4 perches and 18 perches described in the Schedule thereto as being portions of Hau-te-Kamakama B and Piripawa 2B Blocks respectively.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of September, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
