NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between WILLIAM HENRY DYER and WILLIAM ROGERS carrying on business as Bush Contractors within the Bay of Islands County and elsewhere under the style or firm of "Dyer and Rogers," has been dissolved as from the 21st day of January, 1937, so far as concerns the said William Rogers, who retires from the said firm.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said William Henry Dyer who will continue to carry on the said business in his own name.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed by the above-named company on Monday, 25th January, 1937 :-

"(a) That the company be wound up voluntarily.

"(b) That Alfred Ernest Byrne, Public Accountant, of 193 Cashel Street, Christchurch, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company."

AIRPORT LOAN OF £20,000.

STRIKING OF RATE.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Palmerston North City Council hereby resolves as follows:-

"That for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, principal, and other charges on the Palmerston North City Council Airport Loan of £20,000, 1937, authorized to be raised by the Palmerston North City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing the Milson Aerodrome, comprising 125 acres, more or less, with the administrative buildings thereon, and effecting improvements to the grounds, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-fourteenths of a penny (3/14d.) in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the City of Palmerston North, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable annually on the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

APPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue a new certificate of title to shares Nos. 321277 to 321284, both inclusive, in lieu of original certificate No. 1513, issued in the name of HOWARD KARL KIPPENBERGER, of Rangiora, New Zealand, and the said HOWARD KARL KIPPENBERGER has made a statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to the said shares has been lost.

Notice is hereby given that unless within thirty days from date hereof, there is made to the company some claim or representation in respect of the said original certificate, a new certificate will be issued in place thereof.
