is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 36/1070, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2 roods 36 perches, more or less, being portion of O.L.C. 193, shown on plan numbered 11347, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and being that portion of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 282, folio 121, lying between the right bank of the old course of the Awanui River as delineated on plan 11347 aforesaid and the right bank of the new course of the Awanui River as delineated on plan numbered 22087-4, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 36/1070, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Lands permanently reserved in the Auckland and Canterbury Land Districts.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes of the said section mentioned:
And whereas by the three-hundred-and-sixtieth section of the said Act it is provided that land temporarily reserved under the said three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section may, at the expiration of one month, but not later than six months, after the publication in the Gazette of notice of such temporary reservation, be permanently reserved, and that notice of such permanent reservation shall be published in the Gazette:
And whereas the lands described in the Schedule hereto were, by the Warrant dated the sixth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the Gazette of the twelfth day of that month, temporarily reserved under the authority of the said Act for the purposes in the Schedule of the said Warrant specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby permanently reserve the lands described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be permanently reserved for which purposes the said lands were so temporarily reserved as aforesaid.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 2, Block XV, Tatua Survey District: Area, 117 acres 1 rood 32 perches.
Section 2, Block III, Tauhara Survey District: Area, 352 acres 1 rood 18 perches. (Aerodrome.)
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 220 acres, more or less, being parts Reserves 180 and 2014, and Reserve 4368, Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east and north-west generally by other parts of Reserves 180 and 2014, 2400 links, 1143.9 links, 961.5 links, 740.4 links, and by a public road, 1286.4 links; again towards the north-east by the Pukaki-Fairlie Road, 626.2 links; towards the south-east and south-west generally by Reserve 3864, 6744.5 links, 2500 links, 1270.3 links, and 2630 links; and towards the west generally by a two-chain reserve along the bank of the River Tekapo. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 7217A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Plantation.)

Declaring Private Land in Gore Survey District, Marlborough Land District, to be a Private Reserve under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by subsection two of section six of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1933 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare the private land described in the Schedule hereto to be a private reserve under and subject to the provisions of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1,002 acres 2 roods, more or less, being part Section 42, Block XI, and Section 34, Block XII, Gore Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north and north-east by Section 40, Block XII, and the Anamahanga Native Block, Gore Survey District; towards the east generally by Section 31, Block XII, and Section 36 and Subdivision 1 of Section 37, Block XI, Gore Survey District; towards the south generally by Section 41, Block XI, Gore Survey District, and towards the west generally partly by public roads in Block XI and partly by Sections 32, 38, and 43, Block XII, Gore Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 4/446c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
