No person shall wash any clothes in any bath or swimming-pool subject to these by-laws, or place any soap substance, article, or other thing in any such bath or pool.

No person shall place or leave any bottle or glassware (whether broken or whole), paper, straw, litter, dirt, rubbish, or any offensive or noxious matter of any kind, in any bathing-house, bath, or pool subject to these by-laws.

No dog shall be allowed on the premises of any bath or swimming-pool. The owner of any dog found on such premises shall be liable to a fine not exceeding Β£1.

Every person using any bath or swimming-pool subject to these by-laws shall conform to and abide by such by-laws; and if any person while using any such bath or swimming-pool commits any indecency or breach of the peace, or is guilty of any disorderly conduct, or commits a breach of any of these by-laws, the officer in charge, or any person duly authorized in writing by the officer in charge, may (without prejudice to any proceedings for a fine) require any such person to abstain from doing any of the acts aforesaid and forthwith to leave, or, in default thereof, may eject that person, or cause him to be ejected, from the premises.
PENALTY.
- Except where otherwise specially provided, every person who commits a breach of or fails to observe the provisions of any of these by-laws shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Β£5.
SCHEDULE.
TE AROHA HOT SPRINGS DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 107 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Sections Nos. 16, 116, and part 15, Block IX, Aroha Survey District: Bounded towards the north-west, north-east, and south-east by part of Section No. 15, Block IX, Aroha Survey District; thence towards the south-west by King Street; thence again towards the north-west by Wild Street; thence again towards the south-west by the abutment of Wild Street and Sections Nos. 8 and 9, Block XXXIV, Town of Te Aroha; thence again towards the north-west by Section No. 13 of the said Block XXXIV to the easternmost corner of the said section; thence again towards the south-west by the north-eastern boundary-line of the said Section No. 13, and that boundary-line produced in a north-westerly direction to the north-west side of Wilson Street; thence again towards the south-east by Wilson Street to Whitaker Street, thence again towards the south-west by Whitaker Street. As the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57182/9c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Altering the Sheriff's District of Auckland and defining the Sheriff's District of North Auckland.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by Proclamation dated the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, the Sheriff's District of Auckland was defined:
And whereas it is expedient to alter and redefine the boundaries of the said district, and to define a new district;
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by the Judicature Act, 1908, do hereby declare that on and from the first day of February next the boundaries of the Sheriff's District of Auckland shall be as described in the First Schedule hereto; and I do hereby define the said district to be a Sheriff's district under the said Act; and I do further define the district described in the Second Schedule hereto to be, on and from the first day of February next, a Sheriff's district under the said Act.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
THE SHERIFF'S DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.
ALL that area in the North Auckland and Auckland Land Districts bounded towards the north generally by the North Auckland Sheriff's District hereinbefore described from the mouth of the Kaipara Harbour to the mouth of the Mangawai Harbour; thence towards the east and north-east generally by the sea from the mouth of the Mangawai Harbour to Cape Runaway; thence along a right line to the summit of Mount Hikurangi; thence along a right line to Kapua Trig. Station; thence along a right line to Arowhana Trig. Station; thence along a right line to Tuanui-o-te-Kahakaha; thence along
a right line passing through Trig. Station 140 to the Motu River; thence up the middle of the Motu River to its confluence with the Whakapaupakihi Stream; thence up the middle of that stream to its source near Trig. Station 149A; thence along a right line to that Trig. Station; thence along a right line to Trig. Station Pokaikiri; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of Sections 2, Block V, Motu Survey District; Sections 2, 1, and 4, Block IX, Motu Survey District, Sections 3 and 2, Block XII, Moanui Survey District, and Small Grazing-runs 90 and 89 to the Koranga River; thence up that river to its source; thence along a right line to Mangataapere Trig. Station; thence along a right line to Maungapohatu Trig. Station; thence along a right line to Puketapu Trig. Station; thence along a right line to the most northerly point of Lake Waikaremoana; thence along a right line running in the direction of the junction of the Rangitaiki River and the Napier-Taupo Road till it intersects a line running from Tatara-o-kino Trig. Station to Tawhiwau Trig. Station; thence along that line to Tawhiwau Trig. Station; thence along a right line running in the direction of Paeroa Trig. Station to a point in line with the production of a line running from Ahiwhakamura Trig. Station to Maungawhakamana Trig. Station; thence to and along that line to Maungawhakamana Trig. Station; thence along a right line to the south-western corner of Matata Parish; thence northerly along the western boundary of Matata Parish to a point due east of Trig. Station Otanewainuku; thence along a right line passing through Trig. Station Otanewainuku to its intersection with a line running between Puwhenua Trig. Station and Te Weraiti Trig. Station; thence along that line to Te Weraiti Trig. Station; thence along a right line to Waianuanu Trig. Station; thence along the north-western boundary of Okauia No. 1A Block to the Wairere Stream; thence to and along the summit of the range forming the western boundary of the Tauranga Confiscation District to the confiscation-line; thence along the confiscation-line to Te Aroha Trig. Station; thence to and by the Borough of Te Aroha to the River Thames; thence by that river to the road forming the south-eastern boundary of the Thames Borough Endowment in Block VIII, Waitoa Survey District; thence by that road, the said Thames Borough Endowment, and the production of its south-eastern boundary to the Waitoa River; thence by that river to its confluence with the Piako River; thence by the Piako River to the northern boundary of Waitoa Survey District; thence by the said Waitoa Survey District to the road at the eastern-most corner of Section 2, Block I, Waitoa Survey District; thence by the road forming the north-eastern boundary of that section and forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 2 and 1, Block XIII, Waihou Survey District, and Sections 6 and 5, Block XVI, Piako Survey District, the road intersecting Mangawhero Nos. 3C and 1C and Ngarua No. 1B Blocks, and the road forming the eastern boundaries of Sections 9, 8, 7, and 6, Block XII, Piako Survey District, and the road intersecting Ngarua No. 5A Block, to the south-eastern boundary of Waitakaruru No. 5B Block; thence by the south-eastern boundary of that block to Section 502, Whangamarino Parish; thence by the north-eastern boundary of that section to Section 501; thence by the last-mentioned section to Waipuna Road; thence by that road and the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 188A and 333 to Section 279, Whangamarino Parish; thence by the last-mentioned section, the road forming its north-western boundary, the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Small Grazing-run No. 17 and Sections 57 and 58, and the road fronting Sections 61, 446, 235, 236, and 237 to the junction of roads at the southernmost corner of Section 322; thence by the road fronting Sections 323, 321, 393, 234, 233, 232, 231, 230, and 410, Whangamarino Parish, to the junction of roads at the south-eastern corner of Section 348; thence by the road forming the eastern boundary of that section to its north-eastern corner; thence by Sections 348, 347, 346, 345, 344, and 343 to the railway-line; thence by the railway-line to the road at the northernmost corner of Section 409; thence by the road forming the north-western boundary of that section to the north-eastern corner of Section 400, Whangamarino Parish; thence by Sections 400, 401, and across a road to the Waikato River; thence by the Waikato River to the sea; thence towards the south-west by the sea to the mouth of the Kaipara Harbour, the place of commencement, and including Great Barrier Island, Little Barrier Island, and adjacent islands.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
THE SHERIFF'S DISTRICT OF NORTH AUCKLAND.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded on the west, north, and east generally by the sea from the mouth of Kaipara Harbour to the mouth of Mangawai Harbour; thence along the northern and western shores of
