A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section five of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto the Proclamation dated the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eight, at page 2497, setting apart lands for lease as a village settlement under Part IV of the Land Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—RANGATAUA VILLAGE SETTLEMENT.
Block V, Karioi Survey District.
SECTION 6, Block XI, Township of Rangataua : Area, 1 acre. Section 7, Block XI, Township of Rangataua : Area, 5 acres 2 roods 7 perches. Section 14, Block X, Township of Rangataua : Area, 11 acres 0 roods 19 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of August, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section five of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto the Proclamation dated the twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and two, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and two, at page 476, setting apart lands for lease as a village settlement under Part IV of the Land Act, 1892.

Appointment of Adjustment Commission.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of August, 1937.Present : HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.WHEREAS section twenty-four of the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Act, 1936, provides for the establishment of such number of Adjustment Commissions as the Governor-General in Council thinks necessary, and subsection three of that section provides that any person may be appointed to hold office concurrently as a member of two or more Adjustment Commissions:
And whereas it is expedient that an additional Adjustment Commission should be constituted to hear applications which the Chairman of the Otago Adjustment Commission is debarred from hearing by reason of his professional interest therein :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section twenty-four of the aforesaid Act, doth hereby appoint an Adjustment Commission to be known as the Otago (Relieving) Adjustment Commission, and doth appoint Eric Russell, Esquire, of Invercargill, Edward Henry Murney, Esquire, of Tapanui, and Herbert Kerr Edie, Esquire, of Lawrence, to be members of such Commission, the said Eric Russell to be Chairman thereof.
