BRANDA QUARRY SHINGLE COMPANY, LTD.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the above-named company held at the registered office, 105 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on Wednesday, the 4th day of August, 1937, the following extraordinary resolution was passed :—

“That it having been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, it is advisable to wind up, it is hereby resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that KENNETH BOLTON, of Wellington, Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

The appointment of the liquidator was confirmed at a meeting of creditors held at the registered office of the company on the 5th August, 1937.

All persons or companies are required on or before the 28th day of August, 1937, to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts to the liquidator, or, in default, they may be excluded from participation in any distribution of assets.

CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Findlay’s Gold-krust Vienna Bakeries, Limited, has changed its name to Findlay’s Gold-krust Bakeries, Limited, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.
