Directing the Sale of Land under the Public Works Act, 1928, in Block VI, Huiroa Survey District, Inglewood County.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of August, 1937.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule
hereto, such land being no longer required for the public work for which it was acquired.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate Area of the Pieces of Land directed to be sold. Being Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P.
20 2 4 Lot 1, D.P. 5318, and being part Section 5s, Ratapiko Settlement P.W.D. 95717 Edged green.
5 3 16 Lot 1, D.P. 5624, and being parts Sections 51 and 65 and Subdivision 1 of Section 50 P.W.D. 95718 "
2 0 0 Lot 1, D.P. 1859, and being part Section 51 P.W.D. 96384 Edged red.

Situated in Block VI, Huiroa Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured
as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Portion of Aotea Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of August, 1937.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :β€”

"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to the south-western side of portion of Aotea Street abutting on part of Section 3, Block III, Anderson's
Bay District";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
western side of the portion of Aotea Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet
from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE south-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as
Aotea Street, fronting part Section 3, Block III, Anderson's Bay Survey District. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96488, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Bowen Street, in the Borough of St. Kilda, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of August, 1937.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the St. Kilda Borough Council on the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-seven, viz. :β€”

"That the St. Kilda Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough
of St. Kilda, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public
Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Bowen Street fronting Lot 3 and part of Lot 5, Block 23, Township
of Musselburgh";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern
side of the portion of Bowen Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of St. Kilda, known as
Bowen Street, fronting Allotment 3, Block XXIII, Township of Musselburgh. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 96472, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged red.
