DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between ROBERT DOUGLAS WHITE and VICTOR GEORGE NEALE, carrying on business at Inchclutha as Farmers under the name of "Neale and White," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 15th day of January, 1937.

THE FATERINE NATURAL STOCK FOODS (N.Z.), LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of the above-named company the following extraordinary resolutions were passed:
"It having been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders of The Faterine Natural Stock Foods (N.Z.), Limited, that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue to trade and that it is advisable to wind up the same it is hereby resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily. "That ALFRED LAMBERT PIKE, Public Accountant, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up and that he be allowed scale fees as fixed by the New Zealand Society of Accountants."

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above company held at the offices of Messrs. Livingstone and Hensley, Solicitors, 97 Worcester Street, Christchurch, on the 18th day of January, 1937, the following special resolution was unanimously passed:
"That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that LILA MYRTLE WILKINSON, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, be and she is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."

Memorandum.—The liquidation referred to is in pursuance of an internally arranged plan of reconstruction. A new company comprising the same shareholders as heretofore has already been incorporated as from the 18th day of January, 1937, with a paid up capital of £30,000 under the name of “Taylor’s Cleaners and Dyers, Limited.” Such new company has taken over all the assets and liabilities of the old company and will carry on the business as before.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act, 1924, and its amendments, the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain public work—namely, for street purposes at Rodrigo Road in the City of Wellington—and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Town Hall, Cuba Street, in the said city, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or the taking of such land, should if they have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land situate in the City of Wellington containing 70 perches, being part of Lot 10, D.P. 145, and part Section 5, Evans Bay District; coloured blue on the plan above mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land situate in the City of Wellington containing 0·64 perches, being part of Lot 1, D.P. 4593, and part Section 5, Evans Bay District ; coloured red on the plan above mentioned.
