to be an Inspector of Health for the purposes of the Health Act, 1920, and an officer for the purposes of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1908, as from the 4th day of January, 1937.

Constable David Craigie,

to be Bailiff of the Magistrates’ Court at Huntly for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, as from the 1st day of January, 1937.

Patrick David Leahy,

to be Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Christchurch, Deputy Sheriff for the District of Canterbury for the purposes of the Judicature Act, 1908, and Local Patent Officer at Christchurch for the purposes of section 115 of the Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1921-22, as from the 6th day of January, 1937.

to be Assistant Clerk of the Magistrates’ Court at Hamilton for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, and Deputy Registrar at Hamilton of the Supreme Court of New Zealand for the purposes of the Judicature Act, 1908, as from the 4th day of January, 1937.
