Notice to Persons affected by Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from K. H. Gouk for a license to transfer a petrol pump from the kerbside at his premises, Broadway, Matamata, to a new site in the form of a service station on the opposite side of the road 80 yd. distant, between Tainui and Meura streets.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 5th August, 1937. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 5th August, 1937.
