The Eastern Side of Portion of Shepherd Road, in the County of Marlborough, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1937.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Marlborough County Council on the eleventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :
“ The Marlborough County Council, being the local authority having control of the road known as Shepherd Road, hereby by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Shepherd Road 406·5 links in length adjoining part Section 38, Wairau West, owned by Annie Brown, included in Certificate of Title, Volume 30, folio 148, as shown on plan ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Shepherd Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of road in the Marlborough Land District, County of Marlborough, known as Shepherd Road, fronting part Section 38, Wairau West District, Block XI, Cloudy Bay Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96312, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Reserve in North Auckland Land District declared to be subject to the Coal-mines Act, 1925.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
B Y virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by subsection two of section one hundred and one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a reserve for public buildings and other purposes of the General Government, shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, become subject to the Coal-mines Act, 1925, as if it were Crown land as defined by such last-mentioned Act.

Recreation Reserves in Marlborough Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
B Y virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Marlborough Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act ; and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Waitohi Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Waitohi Domain Board.

B Y virtue of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908 ; and such reserve shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.
