THE POISONS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS, 1937.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of the above-entitled regulations under the above-entitled Act.

Serial number: 197/1937.

Date of enactment: 15th day of July, 1937.

Copies can be purchased at the Government Printing and Stationery Office, Lambton Quay, Wellington, and will be available on Monday, 26th July. Price for cash with order 9d., plus postage 1d. extra. Prices for quantities supplied on application. Copies may be ordered by quoting above serial number.

N.Z. CORPS OF SIGNALS.

Archie Grant Melville Holms to be 2nd Lieutenant and is posted to the Central Depot. Dated 21st June, 1937.

THE NORTH AUCKLAND REGIMENT.

Major A. R. Ryder, 1st Cadet Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class II (b), R.D. 3. Dated 7th July, 1937.

Captain K. D. Anderson, 3rd Cadet Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 11. Dated 2nd July, 1937.

Lieutenant C. A. Clements, 1st Battalion, resigns his commission. Dated 2nd July, 1937.

Lieutenant H. R. Heward ceases to be posted to the 2nd Cadet Battalion and is posted to the 1st Cadet Battalion. Dated 7th July, 1937.

THE WAIKATO REGIMENT.

Captain E. M. Mackersey, 1st Battalion, to be Major. Dated 30th May, 1937.

THE HAWKE’S BAY REGIMENT.

Sidney King Carswell to be 2nd Lieutenant (on probation) and is posted to the 3rd Cadet Battalion. Dated 1st June, 1937.

THE CANTERBURY REGIMENT.

Lieutenant J. L. Grant, 1st Battalion, to be Captain. Dated 1st June, 1937.

Lieutenant J. R. J. Connolly, 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 10. Dated 28th June, 1937.
