Section 14: Practically all easy undulating land in fern, scrub, rushes, and wild danthonia. The soil is of a fair to poor clay nature on clay ; watered by small swamps. Metalled road to within two miles and a half of this section.
- Rent exemption is conditional upon the required deposit being paid and on the selectors carrying out permanent improvements each year (in addition to the ordinary improvements required under the Land Act) to the value as follows: Section 10, £25; Section 11, £25; Section 13, £40; Section 14, £40.

Education Reserves in North Auckland Land District for Lease by Public Auction.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserves will be offered for lease by public auction at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, at 2.30 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, 11th August, 1937, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—EDUCATION RESERVES.
Whangarei County.—Parish of Waipu.
Lot 1 of south part of Allotment 20: Area, 1 rood 3·68 perches. Upset annual rental, £4.
Weighted with £5 for fencing and grassing (to be paid in cash).
Lot 2 of south part of Allotment 20: Area, 32·97 perches. Upset annual rental, £3 10s.
Weighted with £3 5s. for fencing and grassing (to be paid in cash).
Lot 3 of south part of Allotment 20: Area, 32·82 perches. Upset annual rental, £3 10s.
Weighted with £4 for fencing and grassing (to be paid in cash).
These sections are situated at Waipu, having a frontage to the main Waipu Road. The land is level, in grass, and is very suitable for business building-sites.
Form of lease may be perused and any further particulars required may be obtained at the office of the undersigned.
