NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership hitherto existing between us WALTER EDWIN BURROW and HARRY ALDER, carrying on business at Hamilton and Huntly as Undertakers, Funeral Directors, Joiners, and Cabinet-makers has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 26th day of May, 1937. All debts due to the said late partnership shall be payable to Mr. W. E. Burrow.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named society subject to the supervision of the Supreme Court was on the 17th day of June, 1937, presented to the said Court by Owen Ephraim Naughton: And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 9th day of July, 1937, at the hour of 10.30 in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said society desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said society requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulation charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of P. B. Sheather Co. (N.Z.), Ltd. (in Liquidation), will be held in the offices of Mazengarb, Hay, and Macalister, 21 Brandon Street, Wellington, at noon on Monday, the 19th day of July, 1937, for the purpose of enabling the liquidator to lay before such meeting an account showing the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of and for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, of passing as an extraordinary resolution the following resolution:—
“Resolved that the accounts as submitted by the liquidator be approved, and that the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the liquidator be retained by the liquidator for a period of one year from the date hereof after which time they may be destroyed by the liquidator.”
