Land proclaimed as Road, Road closed, Land taken, and Land resumed, in Blocks IX and X, Uawa Survey District, Uawa County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, as extended by section four of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1932, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Uawa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and resume the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—

FOURTH SCHEDULE.
LAND RESUMED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land resumed : 36·7 perches. Being portion of Section 3 (Wigan Settlement), Block X ; coloured yellow.

All situated in Uawa Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1479, brown.)

All in the Gisborne Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92977, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the Borough of Blenheim described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 5·14 perches.
Being portion of Section 126 of Section 1, Omaka, Town of Blenheim.

Situated in the Borough of Blenheim. (S.O. 1640/77.)

In the Marlborough Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94992, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1937.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 1 rood 38 perches.
Being portion of part Lot 1, D.P. 1188, and being part Allotment 1, Parish of Taupiri ; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed : 2 roods 5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Lot 1, D.P. 1188, and Lots 1, 2, 13, 14, 15, and 16, on plan lodged in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland as No. 7797, being parts Allotments 1, 1A, and 2, Parish of Taupiri ; coloured green.

All situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District (Auckland R.D.) (Borough of Huntly). (S.O. 28766.)

All in the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94936, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Wataroa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 5 acres.
Adjoining or passing through Section 2818 and Crown land.

Situated in Block VIII, Wataroa Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3313.)

In the Westland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95331, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1937.
