A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Otahuhu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 6·3 perches.

Being portion of part Allotment 51, Parish of Pakuranga (D.P. 13845).

Situated in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28923.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95408, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Aparima Hundred described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94771, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as Road in Block V, Oamaru Survey District, Waitaki County.

[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 18 of the twenty-fourth day of the same month, at page 643, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 4518, proclaiming land as road in Block V, Oamaru Survey District, Waitaki County, by substituting the words “Totara Settlement” for the words “Totara Estate” mentioned in the Schedule thereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1937.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation proclaiming Land as Road and Road closed in Block VII, Mangamuka Survey District, Hokianga County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 14 of the eleventh day of the same month, at page 526, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Block VII, Mangamuka Survey District, Hokianga County, in so far as it affects the land described in the Second Schedule thereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1937.
