Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block VII, Waitohu Survey District—viz., Portion of the No. 13 Levin–Porirua State Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block VII, Waitohu Survey District—viz., a portion of the No. 13 Levin–Porirua State Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing No. 13 Levin–Porirua State Highway opposite Subdivision 4d Section 1 No. 3c Section 1, Manawatu-Kukutauaki Block, Block VII, Waitohu Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 29 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Subdivisions 4d Section 1 No. 3c Section 1, 4d No. 1 Section 2A, 4d 1 No. 1A, 4E 3 No. 2A 1D, and 4E 3 No. 2A 1C, Manawatu-Kukutauaki Block, Block VII, Waitohu Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said highway opposite the said Subdivision 4E 3 No. 2A 1C, Manawatu-Kukutauaki Block; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Wellington Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95893, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block IV, Waitara Survey District, and Block I, Upper Waitara Survey District—viz., portion of the No. 9 Te Kuiti – New Plymouth State Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing No. 9 Te Kuiti – New Plymouth State Highway opposite Section 35, Block IV, Waitara Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 71 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Sections 35 and 36, and parts Sections 37 and 40, Block IV, Waitara Survey District, Section 2 and Mimi Nos. 4D, 4E, part 4F, and 5 Blocks, Block I, Upper Waitara Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said highway opposite the boundary between Mimi Nos. 5 and 7 Blocks, Block I, Upper Waitara Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Taranaki Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96003, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1937.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block IV, Belmon Survey District—viz., Portion of the Western Hutt Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block IV, Belmont Survey District—viz., portion of the Western Hutt Road—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto, and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only that land situated within a distance of five chains from the said middle-line.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point in part Section 82 (railway land), Hutt District, Block IV, Belmont Survey District, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 12 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., part Section 82 (railway land) and another part Section 82, Hutt District, Block IV, Belmont Survey District, and terminating at a point on the No. 568 Lower Hutt – Upper Hutt Main Highway opposite part Section 82, Hutt District, Block IV, Belmont Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses; all in the Wellington Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96160, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Defining the Middle-lines of Roads in Blocks XI and XIV, Bruce Bay Survey District—viz., Deviations of the Main South Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-lines of roads desired to be constructed over Blocks XI and XIV, Bruce Bay Survey District—viz., deviations of the Main South Road—shall be those defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
FIRST, commencing at a point on the existing Main South Road opposite Reserve 316, Block XI, Bruce Bay Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 60 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Sections 855 and 785 (N.R.s), Block XI, Bruce Bay Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said road opposite Section 854 (N.R.), Block XI, Bruce Bay Survey District; secondly, commencing at a point on the said road near the western boundary of Section 2458, Block XIV, Bruce Bay Survey District, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 59 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Sections 2458 and 2444 and Section 781, being Native Reserve No. 6, Block XIV, Bruce Bay Survey District, and terminating at a point on the southern boundary of the said Section 781; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Westland Land District. As the same are delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 95742 and 95743, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1937.
