NOTICE is hereby given that on the 19th day of May, 1937, the above-named company passed the following resolution:—
“It is hereby resolved that Cole and Anderton, Limited, cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that the company be wound up, and that NORMAN POWLEY CARLESS, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
Notice is also given that a meeting of the creditors of the above company will be held at my offices, 44–45 Yorkshire House, 31 Shortland Street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 2nd day of June, 1937, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the company as required by section 230 of the Companies Act of 1908 is called for 10 a.m. on Monday, the 28th June, 1937, at the office of Messrs. Rainbow, Hobbs, and Nesbitt, Public Accountants, Queen Street, Hastings.
The object of the meeting is to receive my account, showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of.
