NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned lands will be offered for sale by public auction for cash at the District Lands and Survey Office, State Fire Building, Wellington, on Monday, 5th July, 1937, at 2.30 o’clock p.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SECTION 48: Area, 1 rood 2·1 perches. Upset price, £30.

This section is situated on the corner of Punga and Kina Streets and is a good building-site for a summer cottage, Punga Street is formed and metalled, and the section, which is partly level and part sand-dune, has a long frontage to this street. There are no improvements on the section. Distant twenty-six miles from Palmerston North, twenty-five miles from Feilding, and fourteen miles from Bulls.

Manawatu County.—Town of Tangimoana Extension No. 1.—Block II, Sandy Survey District.

Section 75: Area, 1 rood. Upset price, £45.

This section is situated fronting Aru Street (formed, but not metalled), and is a good building-site for a summer cottage. The whole section is level and in native grass and the soil is a sandy loam. There are no improvements on the section. Distant twenty-six miles from Palmerston North, twenty-five miles from Feilding, and fourteen miles from Bulls.
