Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities vested in him by the Municipal Corporations
Act, 1933, and of all other powers and authorities enabling
him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, doth hereby declare that as on and from the first
day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven,
the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be excluded
from the County of Taieri and included in the Borough of
Green Island.
SCHEDULE.
AREA EXCLUDED FROM COUNTY OF TAIERI AND INCLUDED
IN BOROUGH OF GREEN ISLAND.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, bounded on the
north-east and south-east by the Borough of Green Island,
on the south-west by the Main South Road, and on the north-
west by Section 60, Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri
District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 3 roods
33 perches, and being all the land comprised in Land Transfer
plans 2403 and 4458, deposited in the office of the District
Land Registrar at Dunedin.

Conferring on Waipa County Council certain Powers of Borough
Councils with respect to Waterworks.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 28th day
of May, 1937.
Present:
THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in him in that behalf by section one hundred and
eighty-two of the Counties Act, 1920, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, doth hereby confer on the Waipa
County Council all the powers with respect to the supply of
water for domestic or industrial purposes exercisable by a
duly constituted Borough Council under sections eighty-two
to eighty-four, eighty-six to eighty-eight, Part XX (with the
exception of sections two hundred and fifty-one, two hundred
and fifty-three, and two hundred and fifty-four), and section
three hundred and forty-six of the Municipal Corporations
Act, 1933, but subject to the restriction that such powers
shall be exercisable only over that portion of the County of
Waipa described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Allot-
ment 101, Parish of Mangapiko, containing by admeasure-
ment 50 acres, more or less, and situate in Block IV,
Pirongia Survey District.

Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint
George Wilson,
Tom Davey,
Edward Single,
James Henry Roberts, and
Hedley Robert Phillips
to be the Frasertown Domain Board, having control of
the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Saturday, the twenty-ninth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-seven, at half past two o'clock p.m.,
as the time when, and the Frasertown Library as the place
where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
