Opotiki - Te Araroa. — All that road in the Matakaoa County, commencing at the north-western corner of Section 18A, Block VI, Matakaoa Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction by way of the Main East Coast Road and terminating in part No. IA at the eastern corner of Section 1, Block III, Whangaparaoa Survey District, being a distance of 13 miles 12 chains, more or less, and more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 95796, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
HIGHWAY DISTRICT No. 9.
Paraparaumu Beach Highway.—All that road or portion of road in the Hutt County, commencing at the junction of MacLean Road and Beach Road in Paraparaumu Beach Township, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction by way of MacLean Road and terminating at the junction of MacLean Road and Marine Parade, being a distance of 16 chains, more or less, and more particularly delineated on plan numbered P.W.D. 95274, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
HIGHWAY DISTRICT No. 11.
Picton-Blenheim.—All that street or portion of street in the Picton Borough, commencing at the intersection of High Street and London Quay, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction by way of London Quay and terminating at the railway gates, being a distance of 4½ chains, more or less, and more particularly delineated on plan numbered P.W.D. 95151, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
HIGHWAY DISTRICT No. 16.
Alexandra-Clyde.—All that road or portion of road in the Alexandra Borough, commencing at its junction with the Clarksville-Springvale Main Highway at the junction of Tarbert and Crookhaven Streets, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction by way of Crookhaven Street and terminating at the north-western boundary of the Borough of Alexandra, being a distance of 1 mile, more or less, and more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 95430, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Alexandra-Clyde.—All that road or portion of road in the Vincent County, commencing at its junction with Crookhaven Street at the north-western boundary of the Alexandra Borough, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction crossing Mutton Town Gully and terminating at its junction with the Palmerston-Queenstown via Becks Main Highway at Clyde, being a distance of 5 miles, more or less, and more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 95429, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street (Extension of Mount Street) in the Borough of Greymouth of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of May, 1937.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Greymouth Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street, described in the Schedule hereto, of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Westland Land District, Borough of Greymouth, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 18·7 perches, more or less, being portion of Sections 225 and 359, Block XXI, Native Reserve 31, Town of Greymouth. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91779, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Roads in the Peninsula County exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of May, 1937.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyways enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Peninsula County Council on the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:—
"That the Peninsula County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Peninsula County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of the portion of road fronting parts Sections 24 and 66R, Block I, Otago Peninsula Survey District, and parts Sections 37 and 41 and Section 39, Block III, Tomahawk Survey District, also to the western side of the portion of road fronting part Lot 1, Block XVII, and part Lot 3, Block VIII, Gouldbank Estate, also to all that portion of road adjoining or passing through parts Sections 38 and 40 and Section 329R, Block III, Tomahawk Survey District, also to the north-western side of the portions of road fronting parts Sections 36 and 38, Block III, Tomahawk Survey District, also to the north-western side of the portion of road fronting Lots 1 and 3, Block I, Gouldbank Estate ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of roads (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of road in the Otago Land District, Peninsula County, fronting parts Sections 24 and 66R, Block I, Otago Peninsula Survey District, and parts Sections 37 and 41 and Section 39, Block III, Tomahawk Survey District.
Also the western side of all that portion of road in the said land district and county, fronting part Lot 1, Block XVII, and part Lot 3, Block VIII, Gouldbank Estate.
Also all that portion of road in the said land district and county, adjoining or passing through parts Sections 38 and 40 and Section 329R, Block III, Tomahawk Survey District.
Also the north-western side of all those portions of road in the said land district and county, fronting parts Sections 36 and 38, Block III, Tomahawk Survey District.
Also the north-western side of all that portion of road in the said land district and county, fronting Lots 1 and 3, Block I, Gouldbank Estate.
As the same are more particularly shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 94872, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
