Appointment of Adjustment Commissions.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of May, 1937.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section twenty-four of the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Act, 1936, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the Adjustment Commissions named as set out hereunder, and doth also appoint the undermentioned persons to be members of the respective Commissions set out opposite their names, the name of the Chairman being indicated in each case ; and doth hereby direct that at any sitting of an Adjustment Commission two members shall form a quorum.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of the same month, at page 1405, the management of the boat-slip landing or wharf at Port Moeraki, in the Waitaki County, shown on plan marked M.D. 2962, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, was vested in Alexander Mowet Cormack, Alexander Michael John McLellan, M.M., and Olaf Trygvason, all of Port Moeraki, as trustees for the inhabitants of the Waitaki County :
And whereas Alexander Mowet Cormack having resigned his appointment as a trustee it is desirable to appoint Frederick James Carter, M.M., in his place :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Frederick James Carter, M.M., to be one of the trustees for the management of the boat-slip landing or wharf at Port Moeraki subject to the conditions set forth in the Schedule to the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and to the Order in Council dated the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of the same month, at page 1692.
