PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Ngatimanawa Development Scheme.

Certificates of Origin for Goods exported to Czechoslovakia.

Customs Department,
Wellington, 5th May, 1937.
WITH reference to the notification which was published in the Gazette on 15th April last respecting the signing by Collectors of Customs of certificates of origin for goods exported from New Zealand to Czechoslovakia on production to them of the necessary evidence that the goods have been produced or manufactured in New Zealand, advice has now been received by the Customs Department to the effect that such certificates must be viséed by a Czechoslovak Consul.
The following are the names and addresses of Czechoslovak Consuls at present resident in the Dominion :—
Professor R. M. Algie, University College, Auckland.
E. J. Hyams, Esquire, P.O. Box 108, Wellington.
D. J. Shea, Esquire, 172 Cashel Street, Christchurch.
Exporters of New Zealand produce should take steps to ensure that certificates of origin on invoices for goods exported by them to Czechoslovakia are signed by a Collector of Customs and viséed by a Consul of Czechoslovakia.
