Constituting Hauraki Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Hauraki Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

THE following Crown land, situate in Tairua Survey District, in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District—Section 24, Block VIII: Area, 79 acres 1 rood.

Dated at Wellington, this 5th day of May, 1937.

Hauraki Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs having declared the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, doth hereby delegate to the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board in respect of the said lands all and every the powers conferred upon the Board of Native Affairs by the said Part I.

SCHEDULE.

THE following land, situate in Tairua Survey District, in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District—Section 24, Block VIII: Area, 79 acres 1 rood.
