Notifying Land in Auckland Land District subject to the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.

Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, 7th May, 1937.

PURSUANT to the provisions of subsection (2) of section 48 of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, notice is hereby given that the parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto, being part of the land known as Reporoa Settlement, were acquired by the Crown on the dates stated in the said Schedule, and the respective parcels of land became subject to the provisions of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, as from the said dates.
