Sections 83, 89, 88, 87, 86, 110, and 131 of Block XVI of the said survey district to the Waihi Beach Road; thence towards the south-west and south by that road to Tauranga Road ; towards the north-east by the south-western side of that road to the north-western boundary of Suburban Allotment 39 ; towards the south-east by that allotment and the production of its north-western boundary-line to the Waimata Stream ; towards the west and south generally by that stream and the Ohinemuri River to the place of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95368, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of May, 1937.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block III, Waikohu Survey District-viz., Portion of the No. 20 Whakatane-Gisborne via Waioeka State Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block III, Waikohu Survey District—viz., portion of the No. 20 Whakatane-Gisborne via Waioeka State Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing Whakatane-Gisborne via Waioeka State Highway, adjoining Lot 26, D.P. 1325, Block III, Waikohu Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 27 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Lot 26, D.P. 1325, and railway land, Block III, Waikohu Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said Whakatane-Gisborne via Waioeka State Highway opposite the northern boundary of the said Lot 26, D.P. 1325; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses ; all in the Gisborne Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95371, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95387, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
