In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
Wellington District
(Wellington Registry).
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the
matter of WYNWOOD INVESTMENTS, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding
up of the above-named company by the Supreme
Court was on the 26th day of April, 1937, presented to the
said Court by National Investment Company of Queensland
Pty., Limited, a company duly incorporated under the
Companies Act, 1931, of the State of Queensland and having
its registered office for New Zealand at Auckland, and that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Wellington on the 14th day of May, 1937, at
10.30 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contribu-
tory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor
or contributory of the said company requiring the same by
the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the
same.

NOTE.—Any person who intends to appear on the hearing

above-named notice in writing of his intention so to do. The
notice must state the name, address, and description of the
person, or, if a firm, the name, address, and description of
the firm, and an address for service within three miles of the
office of the Supreme Court at Wellington, and must be signed
by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any), and
must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient
time to reach the above-named petitioner’s address for
service not later than four o’clock in the afternoon of the 13th
of May, 1937.

IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 232 of the
Companies Act, 1933, that the final meeting of the
shareholders of the M.K. Millinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
(in Liquidation), will be held at the office of the liquidator,
Grey Building, Courthouse Lane, Auckland, on Friday, the
14th May, 1937, at 10 a.m.
Business.—To receive accounts of the liquidator and to
approve the striking-off of the company from the Register.

TE AROHA BOROUGH COUNCIL.
IN terms of section 11 of the Slaughtering and Inspection
Act, 1908, as amended by section 2 of the Slaughtering
and Inspection Amendment Act, 1927, I, the undersigned,
ROBERT COULTER, Mayor of the Borough of Te Aroha, do
hereby certify that the Te Aroha Borough Council has by
special order duly authorized the raising of the sum of eight
hundred pounds by way of special loan for the purpose of
the extension of the Te Aroha Borough Abattoir by the
erection of a manager’s cottage thereon.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above company held on the 8th April,
1937, the following special resolution was duly passed :—
- That the company be wound up voluntarily.
- That Mr. M. H. WILKS, of Taumarunui, Public Account-
ant, be appointed liquidator.
Any creditor’s claim not lodged with the undersigned on
or before the 31st May, 1937, may be excluded from benefits
